IR's project team provides GIS services using ESRI® software products (ArcGIS®, ArcObjects™, and MapObjects®) and the MapInfo® software product MapInfo Professional®. We use Microsoft® Visual Studio®, Oracle®, Microsoft® SQL Server™, and other application specific tools to meet or exceed project goals.
